Why is my attic still hot after installation?
Check soffit vents—they may be blocked or covered by insulation. Clear any obstructions to allow airflow.

How can I tell if my fan is running?
Our fans are very quiet. You can:

1. Inspect visually in the attic.

2. Use the Breeze Mate Control System for real-time monitoring.

My new fan makes a loud noise. What should I do?
Do not install. Contact Attic Breeze immediately, as this may be a freight claim.

My fans are not working. What now?
Reach us through our ticketing system or call Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST.

Is there supposed to be a wire hanging in my attic?
Yes. That wire connects to the Thermal/Fire Safety Switch, which controls fan operation.
