What is the warranty?

  • Residential: Lifetime parts warranty.

  • Commercial: 25-year parts warranty.
    Note: Warranties are non-transferable.

I missed the 90-day warranty registration. What should I do?
Submit the warranty form using today’s date in “Date Installed” and include the actual installation date in the comments.

Is maintenance required?
No regular maintenance is needed. Some customers choose to clean the solar panel occasionally, but it’s not required.

What if I alter the fan (e.g., hook to electricity)?
Any modification voids the warranty.
