Frequently asked questions regarding the product features of Attic Breeze solar powered attic fans.

Product Features

Do the solar panels lift automatically?
No. Panels are manually elevated at installation, based on location needs.

Do the fans have Bluetooth or smartphone capability?
No. Our current generation (Gen3) does not support Bluetooth.

Can I use the Breeze Mate Control on older fans?
Usually, yes. It requires a 4-wire thermal switch. Gen1 fans only had a 2-wire system.

Can the Breeze Mate be added to an existing gable/wall mount fan?
No. It requires specific wiring during the build and must be requested at purchase.

What colors are available for wall mount louvers?
Black or white.

Can the curb-mount fan be removed for repairs?
Yes. Remove mounting screws and gently pry the fan to break the seal. Handle carefully—do not drop.
