Are the fans safe in high winds?
Yes. Attic Breeze fans are certified by TDI, FBC, Florida HVHZ, FORTIFIED, and TAS-100. They are tested for wind speeds exceeding 170 mph.

What happens if the panel is raised during wind tests?
All certifications are based on testing with the panel flat against the hood, exceeding 170 mph (Category 5 hurricane).

Do the fans qualify for tax credits?
Yes, they are eligible for the 30% federal solar tax credit. State credits may also apply depending on location.
